Abstract

In the paper there has been suggested a method for approaching Library 2.0 level of services in libraries by means of analysing customer experience, i.e. user feedback, contained in information content on Web forums. Formalized advanced search query for identifying relevant Web
forums has been developed and its effectiveness in comparison to basic search queries has been estimated.
